Season of Love

The sun is shining a little bit brighter,
The flowers smell slightly more sweet
My heart is feeling so much lighter,
Since the day we did meet.

Summer days we spent on the sand
Walking together along the beach
Singing songs hand and hand
My heart is within your reach.

The leaves are red, and yellow and brown
But my heart remains the same hue,
Through all my ups and my downs
I’m lucky to have you.

The snow does not make me sad,
It’s white and pure and new,
My heart is feeling glad,
Since the day that I met you.
